Where you gonna go to find all things recovery? Why In The Rooms of course. The newest addition to ITR is the A-List; a recovery one stop shop where you can find anything bought/sold/in demand. Not only “find” but “sell” too; if you’re in recovery and have a service to provide (keep it clean people) you’re welcome to share what ya got to offer.  Anything from recovery artwork and jewelry, to employment resources for those of us in the rooms, books, music et cetera.

The most viable resource that this new ITR feature provides is tools for finding treatment centers, recovery coaches, mental health services, recovery half way houses, and the like.  So many times people have no idea where to go for guidance or resources. “Where is there a treatment facility that deals with dual diagnosis?” or “Are there adolescent treatment programs in Georgia?”.  Now they can be referred to an all encompassing spot in which they can find definitive answers to difficult questions.

Recovery is about everything in our lives.  Addiction affects our family life, mental health, environment, choices in lifestyle. The list is endless and varied. It would be safe to assume that being clean/sober would be the same way.  A powerful tool to shed some light and hope on the beginners first wobbly steps into the “anonymous” rooms.
